7. SMS Communication Policy
By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from BritBfitLLC, including personalized coaching tips, scheduling updates, and follow-up texts to help determine the best fitness program for you based on your individual needs and goals. Our messages are designed to support and guide you through your fitness journey.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
